Steve Hoffman, founder and president of Good Note DJs, is a veteran radio disc jockey (15 years with WDCU/Jazz 90, currently with WPFW-FM). He's been DJ'ing at weddings and other special events in the Washington DC/Baltimore area for 10 years.

In August 2004, Steve was a special guest on "The Wedding Show" (WJFK, 106.7 FM). He's been featured in Washingtonian Magazine ("Music to Set the Mood," October 1999) and profiled in the Washington Post and the City Paper. The regional publication Music Monthly once named him one of the Mid-Atlantic's 100 Most Notable People Behind the Scenes in music.

Steve is a member of the Association of Wedding Professionals, the American Disc Jockey Association, the Washington Area Music Association, and the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences. He currently serves as Vice-President of the Washington DC chapter of the American Disc Jockey Association.
