Your GOOD NOTE DJ will ALWAYS:

• Treat you and your guests with respect.
• Deal with you truthfully and honestly.
• Return your phone calls and emails promptly.
• Consult with you on the music and format of your event.
• Play the music you (and your guests) want to hear, including special requests.
• Avoid playing any music you ask me NOT to play.
• Show up early.
• Dress appropriately.
• Bring a huge selection of CDs to your event.
• Be enthusiastic.
• Go the extra mile before and during your event to assure its success.
• Bring back-up equipment to your event.

Your GOOD NOTE DJ will NEVER:

• Stick you with hidden costs.
• Overbook or "bait and switch" (sending a substitute DJ).
• Be tasteless, cheesy, or tacky.
• Promise something I can't do.
• Play the music too loud (you control the volume!)
• Play music that is inappropriate for the occasion.
• Drink alcohol on the job.
