I can't quote you an exact fee without finding out about your event and your specific needs. But I can give you some idea. In most cases, my complete fee for wedding DJ services will range between $1,000 and $1,600. Factors that can affect your fee include: the month of your wedding, which day of the week, the number of hours, the amount of equipment needed, and whether I am providing ceremonial music as well as music for the reception. If you're primarily price-shopping, I might not be the right DJ for you. I offer my clients the highest quality, not the lowest price. Although not the cheapest, my services are an excellent value -- because my skills and dedication will make a difference that you'll notice from our first planning meeting to your last dance. After your reception, your friends and family might not remember how the centerpieces looked or how the appetizers tasted -- but they will remember how wonderful the music was and how much fun they had. To keep my services affordable during the current economic downturn (recession), I am holding my prices steady. I am booking 2008 and 2009 events at my 2007 rates, with no increase.
Only a small deposit ($250) is required upon signing a contract. The balance is not due until the week prior to your event. For your convenience, Good Note DJs offer the option of paying by check, or through the services of PayPal.com. |
